Libations & Citations: A Juneteenth Celebration is a two-day interdisciplinary Juneteenth celebration held between Donaldsonville, LA and New Orleans, LA uplifting Black artistic expression, ancestral memory, and historical preservation through community dialogue across Louisiana.
